Hi, I'm Anne, a 49 year old mum who has learnt the hard way that long slow cardio isn’t the best solution in Perimenopause. I have always embraced an athletic lifestyle, and have always loved my long slow cardio sessions, they felt so therapeutic. But, suddenly I noticed that it just wasn’t working anymore, I had sore hips, nights sweats and I was crying for days after long runs?! Worst of all in my late 40s some body fat began to creep on around my middle!

As I worked though solving my own problems, with knowledge I already had from an extensive Personal Training and sporting backgrounds, and lots of research, discovered I could not only tame my sometimes wicked perimenopause symtoms, but I could indeed thrive during this time of my life.

I became passionate about sharing with every Active woman that I met what works, and what doesn't, and why. I've developed programs that reflect my own experiences and provide effective solutions to help you stay active and achieve your best body: for life.

I've faced moments where the kilos have piled on, such as during my teens, early twenties, and even during pregnancy (30 plus kgs!). I have played sport to the highest level with maximum energy, but I have also pushed it too hard, both mentality and physically. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with pursuing an athletic body, especially in Perimenopause.

I also have an international corporate background, but now I’m a busy mom of two children, one with a disability, and with a husband who spends most of his time halfway around the world, I know that simplicity is key. That's why all my workouts are designed to be strong, effective, and convenient to fit into your busy lifestyle.
