I’m Anne, a Women’s Personal Trainer and Strength Coach with over 20 years of experience helping women build strength, agility, and performance through every stage of life.

At 50, I know first-hand the challenges of perimenopause and menopause - and I also know what it takes to come out stronger on the other side. I’ve personally navigated this transition, rebuilt my strength, returned to running, and stayed injury-free.

Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of women through the same journey. As a fully qualified personal trainer with advanced certifications in strength training, core stability, and injury rehabilitation, I create programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to your goals.
