Always Been Fit and strong, but Menopause been exceptionally hard on you?

You know you should be exercising. You want to feel strong, energetic and capable again. But every time you try to get back into it, you end up achy, exhausted, overwhelmed, or needing days to recover. Maybe your menopause symptoms have improved and you're on HRT (MHT), yet your body still isn't responding the way it used to.

The workouts that once worked now leave you wiped out. The activities you love feel harder than they should, and you're starting to wonder if this is simply what getting older feels like. It isn't. What many women don't realise is that after perimenopause and menopause, your body often needs a different approach to rebuilding strength and fitness—not less exercise, not harder exercise, just smarter exercise.

The REBUILD Phase is the exact roadmap my clients and I used My REBUILD Method is a simple, strong and effective home-based approach that teaches you when to push harder and when to pull back. Using smart progression strategies that actually work in midlife, you’ll build an athletic, capable body without constantly ending up achy, exhausted or overwhelmed — so you can feel strong and capable again in everyday life

Is the REBUILD Phase for you?

Oh Hell Yes If:

Women who have been sidelined by perimenopause or menopause, but now have their symptoms under control

Women absolutely want to get off the couch and lead their best life- want to be strong and active- even athletic in years to come

Women who have tried plans from 20 something PTs, Youtube, or even Instagram and only wound up sore, achy, exhausted, or even worse injured

Women who feel confused by all the noise on how we should exercise in midlife and beyond

Women who are injury free or have their injures well managed (this includes any pelvic floor issues)

Women who have fitness dreams like hikes, sports, runs, and want to just start

But Sadly no if:

Women deep in the midst of perimenopause or menopause with strong unmanaged symptoms

Women who are happy just with their daily stroll along the beach every morning

Women who don’t remember their love of activity.

Hey Im Anne, a 51 year old mother of 2 who has been an athlete in some form or another most of my life. I have been though the ups and downs of pregnancy, sport, career and life in general, but nothing prepared me for the monster of Menopause. I was paralysed by anxiety, hot flashes, and insomnia and until I got on to HRT (MHT) I honestly thought my days of sport were over. But even with my symptoms calmed by MHT I couldn’t get back to training consistently. I would continuously push too hard and wind up exhausted, often achy, and worst of all, full of anxiety. Then I looked at what I was doing with my clients, after all us ladies are amazing at caring for other way more than we would ourselves! I realised I was taking them through a roadmap where I was consciously REBUILDing them, step by step. They were becoming stronger and more active day by day, by simply applying the REBUILD method at each step.

Ive been a personal Trainer on and off most of my life, but I would have never understood what it felt like to go through this at aged 43, even 45 to be honest. Those 5 or so years of puberty in reverse really made me realise a brand new approach was needed.

I’m really excited to bring to you the REBUILD method as these principles are what finally got me back to referring and playing Touch football and have even begun to follow my dream of referring in the world cup.

This course is everything you need to know to build a strong solid foundation to be strong and active through menopause and beyond.

So I ask what’s your dream?
